I believe with the right tools we can heal from destructive patterns even if it comes from childhood. So I made it my personal mission to create a variety of methods you can use to begin to walk a path of healing.
Our emotional stuck states steal our life and we never become who we were truly meant to be. This scared me more than even the pain did.
If you carry hurt from the past, we offer pathways to emotional restoration on specific emotional themes eg. self-worth, anxiety, or grief, in different ways like journal packs, audio meditations and track your progress along the way. There are group workshops and one-on-one coaching available too.
Emotional Restoration Packs – Real Work for Real Healing
If you’ve been through a lot and you’re tired of feeling stuck, you’re not broken – you’re overloaded. Emotional pain doesn’t resolve itself just because time passes. It needs a clear, safe, structured path.
The Emotional Restoration Pathway gives you that structure.
We work with specific emotional themes like self-worth, anxiety, grief, shame, boundaries and more. For each theme, we build tools that help you understand what you’re feeling, process it safely, and begin to live differently.
What this is
Emotional Restoration Packs (ERPs) are guided journeys around one emotional theme at a time.
Each pack combines:
- clear journaling prompts
- reflective pages
- structured tracking tools
- carefully written audio meditations
They are built using scientific approved coaching principles found in NLP, timeline work, positive psychology and hypnotherapy principles – translated into everyday language that normal people can follow.
What this is not
It’s not a promise of instant healing.
It’s not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care.
It’s not New Age or mystical language.
It’s not “think positive and your trauma disappears.”
Healing here is honest: if you don’t use the tools consistently, nothing will change. If you do, you will start to see shifts.
What’s inside a pack
For each emotional theme, you will eventually see:
7-Day Starter Journey
A short, focused test-drive to connect with the theme, learn the structure, and feel a small but real shift.
30-Day Deep Journey
A full month of daily prompts, reflections and two core meditations (one morning, one night) that you repeat and deepen over time.
365-Day Journey (later phase)
A full-year structure, where each month has its own morning and night meditations and journaling focus.

Workshops and One-on-One Coaching
Some people can work through a pack on their own. Others want guidance, community, or someone to talk to.
For them, we offer:
Workshops – focused sessions on a specific theme (like self-worth or boundaries), with teaching, worksheets and Q&A.
One-on-One Coaching – private sessions to help you work through your patterns, decisions and emotions.

Coaching is always optional. The packs are built to stand alone, but coaching can speed up your progress and give you clarity when you feel stuck.
How it works – step by step
1. Choose the emotional theme that matches where you hurt the most right now.
2. Decide if you want a 7-day, 30-day, or (later) 365-day journey.
3. Choose neutral or Christian version.
4. Download and print your pack, or use it digitally.
5. Listen to the morning and/or night meditations as instructed.
6. Fill in your pages honestly – not perfectly.
7. Track your progress over time.
8. If needed, add a workshop or 1:1 session for extra support.
